AI Agents
AI agents for the work that keeps your business moving
From answering enquiries and qualifying leads to supporting customers and reporting on business performance, we scope and build AI agents around a defined role, your approved information and the systems they are permitted to use.

We build and support these for businesses across the Detroit and Miami metros.
AI roles
AI roles built around your business
Each of these is a custom role we scope with you, not a product taken off a shelf. One agent may cover a single role or parts of several, and every one hands over to a person when the work stops being routine.
-
AI Receptionist
Answers routine enquiries by phone or on your website, explains your services, takes contact details, helps with booking, and routes anything urgent or unclear to your team.
-
AI Sales Assistant
Helps prospective customers understand what you offer, answers the sales questions you have approved, establishes what they need, and arranges the next conversation with a person.
-
AI Data Analyst
Brings information from the systems you agree to connect into reports people can read, highlights trends, and flags changes for a person to review.
-
AI Customer Support Agent
Answers from your approved company information, helps with order or service enquiries where those systems are connected, raises support tickets, and escalates the exceptions.
-
AI Reputation Specialist
Supports review requests after completed work, drafts review responses for your approval, and alerts staff to complaints that need attention.
-
AI Inside Sales Agent
Follows up existing enquiries, asks the qualifying questions, schedules meetings, and keeps the agreed CRM records up to date, within your approved contact and messaging rules.
What each role can do depends on the software you run, the data and permissions you can grant, and the workflow we agree with you. We confirm that during scoping, before anything is built.
Plain language
A system that holds a conversation and has permissions
Strip away the category noise and an AI agent is three parts: a language model that understands plain questions, a body of knowledge you control that it must answer from, and a short list of actions it is permitted to take.
The third part is the real engineering. Answering questions is close to solved. Deciding what a system may do on your behalf — and when it has to stop and wait for a person — is the harder design work.
What that means in practice
- It answers from your material, not general knowledge about your industry
- It has a fixed set of permissions, not open-ended authority
- It escalates anything outside that set to a person, with full context
- Every conversation is logged, so what it said can be reviewed
Use cases
Four jobs worth automating, and how you know
The test is boring and reliable: is this a question or task that arrives repeatedly, has a consistent right answer, and is currently handled by someone whose time is worth more? If the answer changes with judgment, context or relationship, it is not a candidate — and no amount of configuration makes it one.
-
Routine questions
Hours, location, services, availability, policies, order status — the volume that never reaches anyone’s to-do list but consumes the day answering it one call at a time.
-
Qualifying enquiries
Asking the three or four questions that decide whether a lead is worth a callback, and passing the qualified ones through with the answers already attached.
-
Booking and scheduling
Checking availability, holding a slot, confirming it, and handling the reschedule that follows — where it can read and write to the calendar or booking system you use.
-
After-hours capture
The enquiries that arrive outside business hours and would otherwise wait for a reply — captured and, where the job allows, answered on the spot instead.
On your website
Website chat is one channel among several. There, these roles usually start as one of two agents:
- AI Website Sales Agent — service questions, lead qualification, contact capture and consultation booking
- AI Website Customer Support Agent — existing-customer questions, permitted status lookups, support tickets and human handoff
What it connects to
An agent is only as useful as what it can see
An agent that can answer questions but cannot check a calendar, look up an order or write a lead into your systems is a better FAQ page. The value comes from reading and writing to the systems you already run, which is why that connection work is part of the project, not an afterthought bolted on at the end.
- Your channels — website chat on the site we build or the one you already have, with phone or messaging scoped where the role needs it
- Scheduling and calendar systems — confirmed per project, once we know what you use
- Customer records and lead capture — the same approach, named once confirmed
- Reporting sources for an analyst role — only the systems you agree to connect
- Custom integrations, where no ready connector exists
How it’s built
Scope, build, pilot, live, review
Scope and cost are confirmed in writing before anything is built — against your material, not promised on this page.
-
Scope
We start with what actually happens — the questions and routine tasks your team handles most, the ones that waste the most time, and where the work stops being routine. The output is a written definition of what the agent will handle, what it refuses, and what it may do.
- Written scope
- Defined refusals
-
Build
We assemble the knowledge base from your material, configure the action set and the escalation rules, and connect it to the systems it needs to read from or write to.
- Knowledge base
- Named content owner
-
Pilot
It runs against real questions in a controlled setting before it is in front of a customer. This is where the failure modes surface, and it is not a step to compress.
- Real-question testing
- Pre-launch review
-
Live
Deployed on the channels we’ve agreed on, with escalation routing to a real person in place from the start.
- Escalation path live
- A named person to route to
-
Review
Conversation logs are read, gaps are closed, and boundaries get adjusted. This review cycle is what turns a first build into something you can trust.
- Conversation log review
- Boundary adjustments
Honest limits
The part most vendors leave out
An AI agent is a language system with permissions. It is very good at the routine and structurally unsuited to the exceptional, and the failure modes are specific enough to plan around.
-
No judgment
Pricing exceptions, complaints, negotiations and anything with a relationship attached go to a person. We design the handover; we do not try to automate past it.
-
It can be wrong
Language models can produce confident, incorrect answers. Constraining an agent to your own material and a defined action set reduces this substantially — it does not eliminate it.
-
Only your material
If your prices, policies or hours are out of date in the source material, the agent repeats them accurately and unhelpfully. Keeping that material current is part of the engagement, not an afterthought.
-
Not a replacement
It absorbs the repetitive layer of contact. The work that genuinely needed a person still needs a person — usually with better information already in front of them.
-
Not a one-off purchase
Agents need reviewing — what they were asked, where they escalated, where they should have. That review cycle is what turns a first build into something you can trust.
Common questions
Before you enquire
The questions we are actually asked. If yours isn’t here, ask us — we will tell you honestly if this isn’t a fit.
How is this different from a chatbot?
A chatbot usually means a menu of pre-written replies. This answers in normal sentences, works only from your material, and can take a defined set of actions — looking up a booking or capturing a lead — rather than just displaying text.
What happens when it doesn’t know the answer?
It escalates. Anything outside its permitted actions or outside your supplied material is handed to a person, with the conversation attached, rather than guessed at.
Will it replace our team?
No. It absorbs the repetitive layer of a role — the questions and follow-ups that arrive constantly and have a consistent answer. The work that needed a person’s judgment still goes to a person.
Which systems and channels can it work with?
That depends on what you run and the access you can grant. Each connection and channel is confirmed during scoping and named in writing; where no ready connector exists, it becomes custom integration work. Nothing on this page promises that a particular platform is supported.
What does it cost?
It depends on scope — how many channels, how much material needs organising, and what it needs to connect to. We quote after the scoping conversation, not before it.
Get started
Tell us what you would hand over first
You do not need to know what to ask for. Most people arrive here knowing something takes too long and not knowing whether an agent can help. Describe that, and we will tell you honestly whether it is the right answer — including when it is not.
- A short description is enough to start
- We’ll say plainly if this isn’t a fit
- Tell us which branch you’d like to work with
- Not sure what to automate? That’s a valid answer
AI agents enquiry
No guaranteed results. AI systems can produce inaccurate responses. Agents built by New World Web Solutions are constrained to client-supplied material and a defined set of permitted actions, and escalate outside that scope, but accuracy is not guaranteed and the client remains responsible for the material the agent draws on. We do not guarantee lead volume, conversion, response accuracy, cost savings or staffing outcomes. Third-party models and platforms are subject to their own terms, availability and change.
