Sales Funnel Marketing

Turn the traffic you already paid for into customers

We build the path between someone arriving and someone buying — landing pages, follow-up sequences and the handoff between them — for small and medium businesses across the Detroit and Miami metros.

Why funnels leak

Most leads don't fail to arrive. They fail to get followed up.

Getting attention keeps getting more expensive — a click you bid for, a month of search work, a referral you earned by doing good work. Once it's paid for, wasting it is the costliest mistake available, and it's the default outcome when nothing is built to catch a visitor who isn't ready to buy today.

We build the follow-up alongside the page, not after it ships — a landing page with no plan for “not yet” is the same leak in new colours.

What this looks like

  • An enquiry comes in and nobody follows up before it goes cold
  • A visitor who wasn't ready to buy gets one form and nothing else
  • Past customers who would buy again are never asked to
  • Every visitor lands on the same page regardless of what brought them
  • Nobody can say which channel actually produced a sale

The four stages

One system, four jobs, each handing off to the next

Each stage does one job well and passes a warmer prospect on to the next. Nothing skips a step.

  • Capture

Landing pages and offers built around a single action, so a visitor with real intent has something worth giving an email address for.

  • Nurture

Follow-up sequences for people who aren't ready yet, so a quiet lead doesn't mean a lost one.

  • Convert

Clear pricing signals, simple booking or checkout, and proof placed where the hesitation actually is.

  • Retain

Contact with people who already bought, so repeat business and referrals don't depend on memory.

Where leads actually are

Not ready, nearly ready, deciding now

Before we build anything, we map where your traffic actually sits: people who don't know you yet, people who know you and aren't ready, and people who are deciding right now. Most small-business marketing treats all three the same — one homepage, one form — and only ever catches the third group.

How it's built

Map it, build it, connect it, watch it

Every project follows the same order, so nothing gets built before we know where it needs to send someone.

  1. Audit

We map your current path end to end: what brings people in, where they land, what happens if they don't buy today, and where the record of that stops.

    • Drop-off points
  2. Build

Landing pages and the follow-up sequence are built together, matched to the offer and the stage, so each piece has somewhere to send a visitor next. Content revisions are contracted at up to two rounds.

    • Follow-up sequence
  3. Connect

The funnel is wired to your existing site, ads and contact list, so leads land in one place instead of three inboxes and a spreadsheet.

    • Site and list connected
    • One lead record
  4. Monitor

Once live, we watch where people actually drop off and adjust the sequence — a funnel is maintained, not launched and left.

Before you enquire

What people ask before they start

If your question isn't here, ask us directly — we read every message ourselves.

Ask us directly

Is this the same as email marketing?

Email is usually part of it, but a funnel is the whole path — what brings someone in, what they land on, what happens if they don't act, and what happens after they buy. Sequences built without a landing page behind them just automate the same leak.

Do I need a lot of traffic first?

Less than most people assume. A funnel improves what you get from the traffic you already have, rather than requiring more of it. If you're genuinely getting very few visitors, we'd look at bringing more people in first and build the funnel alongside that.

What happens to the pages I already have?

Nothing is thrown away automatically. We look at what's already converting and build around it, rather than starting from a blank page. Where a page genuinely isn't doing its job, we'll say so and explain why before changing it.

Who writes the pages and the follow-up messages?

We do, as part of the build, and revisions are contracted at up to two rounds. You review everything before anything goes live to your list.

What about consent and unsubscribing?

Every sequence we build is designed with an unsubscribe on every message and consent captured at sign-up. Requirements vary by channel and by list, and we'll confirm exactly what applies to yours as part of scoping the work.

Tell us where you're losing people

Describe what happens today between someone finding you and someone buying. We'll tell you where it's leaking and which stage is worth fixing first.

New World Web Solutions does not guarantee lead volume, conversion rates, revenue or any other business outcome from a funnel, landing page or follow-up sequence we build. Results depend on your offer, your market, your pricing and your own follow-through. What we commit to is the scope, the assets and the process described in your written proposal.
